Easy Apple Pie Filling/Pastry Filling
You can make this for pennies compared to the cost of buying a can. \r
4 medium apples peeled and cored and cut \r
3 Tablespoon water\r
2 Tablespoons butter\r
1 teaspoon cinnamon\r
1/3 cup granulated sugar\r
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Cornstarch \r
1 Tablespoon of water ( If you like it thinner use 2 Tablespoon water )\r
In a pot on the stove add butter, cinnamon till melted.\r
Add sugar and water stir add apples cook on low for 4-6 minutes till apples are tender not mushy. Cover your pot Simmer stir from time to time.\r
Once apples are the right texture remove lid and mix Cornstarch and water till smooth add to cooked apples. Cover pot again on Simmer for 1-5 minutes depending as it cooks it will thicken.\r

INGREDIENTES:
· 250 gramos de dátiles sin semilla crystallized fruits ** Lo mezcle porque no hubo de los que originalmente llevaban.
· 100 gramos de naranja cristalizada
· 50 gramos de higos cristalizados
· 75 gramos de chabacano cristalizado
· 250 gramos de harina 250 grams flour
· 2 cucharadas de polvo para hornear 2 tablespoons baking powder
· ½ taza de licor de naranja orange liquor
· ½ taza de yogurt natural ½ natural yogurt
· 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla 1 tablespoon vanilla
· 30 mililitros de aceite de oliva olive oil
· 180 gramos de mantequilla 180 grams butter
· 3 huevos 3 eggs
· 150 gramos de azúcar 150 grams sugar
· 250 gramos de nuez 250 grams nuts
· 50 gramos de pistaches 50 grams pistachio
· Pizca de sal pinch of salt
· ½ cucharada de nuez moscada ½ tablespoon nutmeg
· ½ cucharada de clavo de olor en polvo ½ tablespoon clove
· ½ cucharada de canela en polvo ½ tablespoon cinnamon
PREPARACIÓN:
MEZCLA los frutos secos (dátiles, naranja, higos y chabacanos) en el licor de naranja. En otro bowl mezcla el yogurt, el aceite y vainilla.
CIERNE la harina y agrega la nuez moscada, clavo de olor, sal y canela.
ACREMA la mantequilla con el azúcar, hasta que esté completamente incorporada para después agregar los huevos uno por uno.
AGREGA alternando la harina y el resto de los líquidos. Sigue Batiendo la mezcla de fruitcake navideño.
AÑADE las frutas cristalizadas y la nuez al fruitcake navideño.
BARNIZA un molde para pastel con mantequilla y harina; coloca sobre el molde la mezcla de fruitcake navideño y hornea a 180*C durante 50 minutos o hasta que introduzcas un palillo al centro y salga limpio.

Para la Bechamel:
500 ml de Leche

· 4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal 4 TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE OIL
Relleno
· 4 plátanos machos cortados en cuartos 4 PLANTAINS
· 5 rebanadas de queso manchego 5 SLICES OF MANCHEGO CHEESE
· 1 cucharada de aceite vegetal 1 TABLESPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL
· 1 cucharadita de mantequilla 1 TEASPOON OF BUTTER

Preparación
1. CUECE los plátanos machos en agua hirviendo con un poco de sal por 15 minutos; drena el agua, pélalos y machácalos.
2. AGREGA sal, pimienta y la mantequilla a los plátanos y déjalos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
3. CORTA el lomo de cerdo por la mitad para que quede abierto y lo puedas rellenar; sazónalo con sal y pimienta por ambos lados.
4. ESPARCE el puré de plátano sobre el lomo de cerdo y encima agrega las rebanadas de queso manchego; enrolla el lomo y asegúralos con palillos o hilo de caña.
5. COLOCA el lomo en una charola para horno y hornea a 200°C por 35 minutos o hasta que la temperatura interior marque 70°C.
6. RETIRA el lomo del horno, transfiérelo a un platón y cúbrelo con papel aluminio.
7. COLOCA la charola donde se horneo el lomo sobre la estufa y agrega la mantequilla, el aceite vegetal la cebolla y el ajo; sofríe por dos minutos.
8. AGREGA la maicena y cocínala por dos minutos más. Añade el caldo de pollo y la miel maple; cocina a fuego medio por cuatro minutos hasta que espese ligeramente.

If you are fond of Indian cooking so you are in correct .. Gulab jamun is delicacy of India. so Ingredients are as follows..\r

Milk powder ( semi skimmed or full cream ) : 1 cup ( 250 ml cup)\r
Milk: half cup\r
Butter: 1/4th cup (60 ml cup)\r
Maida or all purpose flour : 5-6 spoon (7.5 ml)\r
For syrup\r
White sugar: 2 cups (250 ml cup size)\r
Water: 1 cup\r
Small 1/4th tes spoon cardamom powder I grind seeds with two tablespoon of sugar\r

First boil milk and butter together then mix milk powder and stir it thoroughly.. When all milk is dried keep it for cooling. After cooling it mix 5 spoon (not heaped on leveled) in to the khoa.. Knead properly and if it is dry you can mix few spoons of milk.. make a soft dough.. \r

For sugar syrup:\r
Add sugar and water in a pan and bring to boil in another 10 minutes you can see the consistency of the syrup. this is not very thick or thin.. almost 1/2 thread consistency.. \r
Frying\r
make little ball from dough and fry in hot oil in medium flame.. \r
then dip them in sugar syrup.\r
Enjoy them after 5 hours. I will suggest you to bring them to boil before serve so they will become more soft...\r

BlackBerry 10 Introducing the new BlackBerry Q10
These two smartphones -- the BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10, both of which were shown off for the first time at an event in New York on Wednesday morning -- have most of the tech world, as well as BlackBerry shareholders, asking: Has the venerable old BlackBerry offered enough value and novelty to customers to save the company? Will enough people buy the Z10 and Q10 over well-entrenched competitors like the iPhone 5, Galaxy S3 and Nexus 4?
Well, here's what BlackBerry is working with: It debuted two smartphones, one that's all touchscreen (the Z10) and one that has the traditional physical QWERTY keyboard (the Q10) that made RIM's bacon back in its heyday as well as a small touchscreen above the keyboard. Both are still going through carrier testing in America, but it seems like the Z10 will be out in March and the Q10 will be available in April. (In Canada, England and the European continent -- where BlackBerry is still quite popular -- both will be out in February).
Both phones will run BlackBerry 10, the operating system designed for one-thumb use that the company has been touting in events for the past several months. (You can read all about the new features, and watch several videos, of BlackBerry 10 on the official BB10 website here).
For now, let's focus on the phones themselves. First, let's look at the Z10, the device that will have to challenge the iPhone 5 and Galaxy S3 for the dollars of touchscreen-only smartphone shoppers. It ships with a 4.2-inch display, with a 1280 x 768 display resolution and 356 ppi -- a better resolution than the iPhone 5. It boasts a beefy 2GB RAM, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and 16GB of storage, with a MicroSD slot to expand storage. The rear camera is 8 megapixels, and the front camera is 2 megapixels. The phone also includes an NFC chip for "bumping" content, and it is a 4G LTE device.
The Z10 weighs 136 grams -- heavier than the iPhone 5 (112 grams) but roughly the same mass as the Galaxy S3 (133 grams). Overall, though, based on specs alone, the Z10 compares favorably with the hardware of other top-tier smartphones running iOS, Android and Windows Phone. Sliced dry coconut: 3/4th cup\r
Peanuts: 3/4th cup\r
Sesame seeds (til): 1 cup\r

Ginger garlic paste: 1 ½ tablespoons\r
Red chilli powder: 3 teaspoons\r
Curry leaves: a handful\r
Chopped coriander: a handful\r
Whole green chillies: 3\r

Procedure:\r
\r
1. Soak dry tamarind in 2 cups of water for about half an hour.\r
\r
2. Make medium size pieces of boneless fish. Add 1 ½ teaspoon salt, one teaspoon turmeric powder, mix well and keep this aside for about half an hour. \r
\r
\r
3. After half an hour, add one cup wheat flour and wash thoroughly. Keep this aside.\r
\r
4. In a frying pan, add sliced dry coconut. Roast till they turn brown.\r
\r
\r
5. Roast peanuts till they turn brown and remove the skin.\r
\r
6. Roast sesame seeds on low flame.\r
\r
\r
7. Roast fenugreek seeds, one teaspoon cumin seeds or zeera, 2 tablespoons coriander seeds or sabith dhaniya till brown.\r
\r
8. Roast sliced onion till brown.\r
\r
\r
9. Grind all these into a fine paste using required amount of water.\r
\r
10. Extr tamarind water from the soaked tamarind.\r
\r
\r
11. In a cooking pan, add oil. When the oil is hot, add 2 teaspoons cumin seeds or sabith zeera.\r
\r
12. Let them splutter and add ginger garlic paste.\r
\r
\r
13. Stir for about 15 seconds and add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, add the grinded paste.\r
\r
14. Keep stirring for about 10 minutes till the oil separates.\r
\r
\r
15. Add red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons salt. Stir for about 15 seconds.\r
\r
16. Add tamarind water and add 3 tea cups of water.\r
\r
\r
17. Mix well and add curry leaves, chopped coriander and whole green chillies.\r
\r
18. Add fish pieces to the gravy and close the lid.\r
\r
\r
19. Cook on medium flame for about one minute and on low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes.\r

In this video I show you how to relieve foot pain and treat a podiatric (foot) condition that has these symptoms: pain, numbness, discomfort, cramping (cramps), poor blood circulation, cold feet, susceptibility to frostbite or burns in cold/hot climates due to loss of sensation in feet. Youll need a 12 liter tub, 5 liters of very warm water at 44-45 degrees Celsius (thats 111-113 degrees Fahrenheit), magnesium sulfate (also called Epsom salt) at 200 grams per 5 liters of water. Youll need your feet as well. To put in the tub. A digital thermometer is handy, but you can do without, just monitor the water temperature with your finger before putting your feet in. As hot as you can stand it is the rule. Experiment with the length of the foot bath up to 10 minutes. The water will cool significantly within 10 minutes. Longer and more frequent baths produce better results. This method is especially beneficial if you have type 2 diabetes with peripheral diabetic neuropathy.

¾ of a Cup of Unsalted Butter at Room Temperature\r
3 Eggs\r

1 Cup of milk\r
2 ½ tsp of Baking Powder\r
½ tsp of Salt\r
1 ½ tsp of vanilla extr\r

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.\r

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, add the eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.\r
\r
Add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix it just enough to incorporate the ingredients but DO NOT over mix.\r

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes \r

Let it cool completely before frosting it.\r

Braided Nutella Bread in 50 Minutes - Episode 215 - Baking with Eda

9 mini Nutella breads\r

240 ml yogurt\r
1 egg \r
100 ml vegetable oil\r
370 gr all purpose flour\r
1 sachet baking powder\r
1/2 teaspoon salt\r
1 tsp vanilla extr\r
Filling:\r
Nutella\r
handful chopped walnuts\r
\r
1 tbsp melted butter\r
\r
\r
Instructions\r
\r
1. Preheat your oven to 180C(356F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.\r
\r
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, oil, baking powder, salt and vanilla extr. Stir in half of the flour. Add the remaning flour and knead until elastic and smooth. Add more flour if dough is too sticky. \r
\r
3. On a floured surface, Divide dough into 9 pieces. Roll each dough out. Spread 1 tbsp Nutella onto each dough. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. \r
\r
4. Roll the dough starting at the long side to the other end. Pinch the ends tight and place the seem end at the bottom. Now using a serrated knife cut the rolled log shaped dough in the middle into 2 leaving one end int. Now carefully twist the cut end facing upwards so that the Nutella can be seen. Now start braiding by twisting them one over another. Pinch the ends together. Make sure you use enough flour on the dough and the rolling surface to make it workable. Form a circle and pinch the ends. Repeat with remaining flour.\r

5. Brush top of each braided bread with melted butter and top with some chopped walnuts. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven.\r

Rich and creamy and delicious French Silk Pie. Without raw eggs. \r

Ingredients:\r
1 cup sugar\r
3 eggs\r
3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled\r
1 tsp vanilla extr\r
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened (do not use margarine)\r
1 cup heavy whipping cream beaten to soft peak stage (can be seen here: )\r
1 pastry pie crust (can be seen here: )\r
whipped cream for topping\r

Prepare your pie crust and blind bake it for 9-10 minutes at 350*. (Be sure to prick the crust to prevent it from rising). Set aside to cool completely.\r
In a sauce pan, combine sugar and eggs over medium heat and cook until 160*, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add in cooled melted chocolate and vanilla. Set aside to cool for 1-2 hours.\r
Put the butter into a large bowl and beat on high speed using an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add in cooled chocolate mixture and beat on high speed for 5 minutes, scraping sides of bowl down occasionally. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into your pie crust and refrigerate at least 8 hours to set up. Decorate the top any way you choose using additional whipped cream.\r

Kunafa is like the Middle East version of a cheese danish and also an Arabic dish, prepared for the month of Ramadan. Its base is mild, stretchy white cheese-very like fresh mozzarella or paneer-with sweet sugar-based syrup and rich topping.\r

INGREDIENTS:\r

Corn flour ½ tsp\r
Milk 100 ml\r
Sugar 1 cup\r
Water As required \r
Rose water 1 tbs\r
Raisins 10 nos\r
Cashew nuts(chopped) 10 nos\r
Almonds(chopped) 10 nos, \r
Seviya 2 cups\r
Butter 2 tsp\r
Ghee 2 tsp\r
Pistachios(finely chopped) 1 tsp\r
\r
METHOD:\r
\r
1. Boil milk with corn flour in a pan and cook for 2-3 min so that it forms slight thick mixture.\r
\r
2. Boil sugar with little water in a pan to make like a gulab jamun syrup, at last add rose water boil it for 1 min and switch off flame.\r
\r
3. In a bowl add raisins, cashew nuts, almond, seviya, butter and slightly crush it.\r
\r
4. Add ghee and mix it.\r
\r
5. Take a baking tray and place one layer of seviya pour some cornstarch milk mixture, add second layer of seviya, pour some cornstarch milk mixture, add last layer of seviya and press it with hand.\r
\r
6. Bake at 180 degree for 15 mins until it slightly golden in colour.\r
\r
7. Loosen edges with knife and demould into a plate.\r
\r
8. Pour sugar syrup on its top and garnish with pistachios.\r
\r

Today I am sharing with you an easy and a convenient way to cure cough and cold in babies & toddlers. This remedy can be easily made at home and is completely safe for babies! It hardly costs much and is quite effective in treating the common concerns of cough and cold!\r

A lot of time we have heard about Ajwain been a great ingredient which possesses medicinal properties to treat various health concerns! Ajwain is an important ingredient in Indian households and is easily available in the kitchen! Ajwain or Carom seeds contain nutrients and minerals along with fat, protein, fiber, sugar, minerals, calories, etc. We normally use Ajwain, ajowan, omam or carom seeds that play an important role in all the home remedies for cold, cough and chest congestion in babies ,toddlers and adults and so taking cue from there I have tried to make an easy remedy which is quite effective in treating severe cold and cough within a short time! Ajwain seeds are also known t0 increase gastrointestinal secretions which enhances the efficiency of digestive functions. It is effective in relieving severe stomach pain. Thymol, the essential oil extred from Carom seeds are used as anti-berial and anti-fungal. Ajwain which contains the highest percentage of Thymol is used as antiseptic and in the treatment of cough and asthma. Ajwain is also very effective in major respiratory problems such as common cold, cough, bronchitis and nasal congestion.\r

Ajwain is one of the popular Indian spices and are used by pregnant women during the gestation period and even after delivery as it enhances the digestive power. Since most of the time after delivery, women tend to rest a lot, so ajwain relives them from the gastric issues!\r

Ajwain has the following medicinal properties-\r
The thymol, present in ajwain gives it antimicrobial properties and thus helps to relieve congestion. Ajwain seeds are of olive green to brownish color and have oval or elliptical shape. They are very flavoring and these tiny spice seeds have enormous health paybacks too. Ajwain seeds are very beneficial for digestive and respiratory problems. Ajwain kadha or herbal concoction with ajwain can be given to babies of 6 months and above. It is a very simple and effective recipe to combat cough and cold.\r

Ajwain – 1 teaspoon\r
Tulsi leaves – 8 to 10\r
Dry ginger powder – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)\r
Clove – 1\r
Black pepper – 5\r
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon\r
Jaggery – 1/3 cup\r
Water – 1/2 cup\r
\r
Method of Preparation-\r
\r
Add all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and boil for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid, let it cool and then give it to your little one.\r

For new born babies and above 1 year, 2 tablespoons of honey can also be added to the recipe/ kadha (once it is cold) and then can be given!\r
Dosage:\r
\r
Babies between 6 months to year can have 1 teaspoon twice a day. They can have it twice in morning post meal and in night for three consecutive days.\r
\r
Kids above 18 months can be given 1.5tsp, twice a day. It can be given two times in morning and 3 times at night.\r
\r
For babies above 1 year: 1.5-2 tsp in the morning, afternoon & after meals and at night for 3 days. Ajwain is not that effective if it is taken with other cough syrups or medicines. So please do not take any other medicine or cough syrups along with Ajwain!\r

1. Muffins/Loaf can last in the fridge all week in an airtight container. After that, freeze. Take out the night before eating and defrost in the fridge.\r
